Social Media Content Creator Intern 

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone passionate and familiar with the leading social media platforms. The applicant would be required to work in a fast-paced environment, so they must be willing to learn and develop quickly. The applicant would be required to manage the creation and production of brand content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) and Online (Website).

This is a perfect opportunity for an aspiring creative to work for a rapidly growing business with the first-hand experience in the industry. You will be able to learn from the founders of a company that is rooted in the idea of uniqueness, meaning and purpose in an increasingly consumer-driven world.


The perfect candidate will

  • Create engaging posts and promotional content for our products
  • Have the ability to plan and manage the day-to-day handling of social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and adapt content to suit different channels
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance
  • Develop and launch new campaigns that promote the brand
  • Increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Have an eye for trending content and products which can be of use to our company
  • Create engaging, personable and entertaining captions
  • Have an aesthetic eye for art, design and interior
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English
  • Have good time management positive approach towards challenges
  • Enjoy challenges and working in a (un)structured environment
  • Be a self-taught learner willing to read and keep up-to-date on technological changes
  • Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team when necessary
  • Know Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva would be a nice extra but is not mandatory


What you will do

  • Develop new and creative, highly engaging content to grow our social media channels
  • Write inspiring captions and use the right hashtags
  • Execute social media operations
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms
  • Help develop a strategy for growing Arch Dogans presence on all social platform
  • Consistently brainstorm and collaborate with the team to help generate ideas and campaigns to drive engagement
  • Research popular social trends and content ideas to improve social presence and drive the conversation forward
